Taller sin Borde

Ana María Jiménez, founder of Taller sin Borde in Medellín, Colombia—is an artist whose practice blurs the lines between jewelry, sculpture, and ancestral research. Her work is rooted in presence, care, and time, using metals, stones, threads, and reclaimed materials to craft objects that carry memory and meaning. Like Noir Mud Silk, Ana María’s creations resist the urgency of industrial rhythms, embracing slowness as a form of reverence. In her studio, traditions breathe, materials speak, and craftsmanship becomes a quiet act of resistance.
